東急多摩川線沼部駅に接した細長い敷地に建つ賃貸集合住宅と小さな駅前広場の計画。
階段室型を採用し、分節された４つの住戸棟が連なる様は、あたかも4両編成の列車を想起させるものとなっている。
開放感と独立感を併せ持つ都市型集合住宅を目指した。
　
An apartment building on a long, narrow site adjacent to Numabe Station of the Tokyu Tamagawa Line, and a small plaza in front of the station.
A room layout with stairs was adopted. The four segmented dwelling buildings are linked in a way that recalls a train with four cars. The project proposes urban dwelling spaces that are open and independent.
